We endeavor to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors, dimensions, and other details displayed on our website exactly match the physical products.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Ordering and Payment

Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Delivery

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses and international destinations as detailed in our delivery costs section.

Delivery Costs

Delivery to UK mainland addresses is free. International delivery costs vary based on the destination, product size, and frame material. Please refer to our Delivery Costs page for detailed information.

Delivery Times

Items are usually dispatched within 3 working days. However, as our frames are made to order and hand-finished, it can sometimes take up to 10 working days. We will notify you when you order if we anticipate it will take longer than this.

Delivery Receipt

A signature will be required upon delivery. Please ensure that the chosen delivery address accommodates this requirement.

Inspection of Goods

We recommend that you inspect all products upon delivery. If the box appears damaged in any way, we advise you to sign for it as such, and if possible, open the box in the presence of the courier to check for any damage to the item.

Returns and Refunds

Changed Your Mind

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the item, for any reason, for a full refund. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Request to cancel must be made by the purchaser by emailing kirsty@fuelledandframed.com.
2. We will acknowledge your request and provide details of where to return the item.
3. The item must be returned to us in its original condition in the original packaging within 14 days, at your own cost.
4. We strongly advise you to use a reputable courier and take a photograph of the item before you return it to us, as you are responsible for the item until we receive it back.
5. Once the item is received by us, we will issue a refund via the original payment method within 5 working days.
6. If the item is damaged upon receipt, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund to cover our costs of repairing the item.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

1. Notify us within 3 working days of receipt by emailing kirsty@fuelledandframed.com.
2. We will contact you to discuss the return and replacement of the item.

Intellectual Property

Trademarks

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos displayed on our website are the property of Fuelled and Framed or their respective owners.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Fuelled and Framed or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

Digital Downloads

When purchasing a digital download, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the image for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the image for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission.

Limited Warranty

We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

1. Your use of or inability to use our website or products.
2. Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
3. Any errors or omissions in the content of our website.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) giving rise to such liability.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, protests, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labor disputes.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
